Newborn Lifestyle Portraits in Anne Arundel Co. | W Family 

I adore the W family and I’m so happy we were able to have a lifestyle portrait session for them to welcome home their new baby girl! This little one was just so eager to meet the world that she came a bit early and had to stay in the NICU for a few weeks. They actually stayed at the same NICU I was at with my little girl when she was born, so I knew exactly what they were going through. Once she graduated from the unit and came home, we planned her newborn lifestyle portraits in their Anne Arundel Co. home… and they were beautiful!

The W family is SO sweet. They’re absolutely in love with their little girl and it meant so much to be able to document her first days at home. This honestly might be one of my favorite sessions lately. Their home is beautiful – and they were all just perfect. Even their cat got into the photos!! I see so many of my clients’ pets, but this cat is definitely a “fur baby”!! 

They chose a gorgeous and simple color scheme of blue and ivory for most of their photos. Mom and dad looked amazing (especially with having a new baby at home!) and their little girl was an angel for me. We worked between their master bedroom and baby’s nursery, where she got to lay curled up in a little green blanket in her crib. I love documenting all of those little details because it’s amazing how truly fast these babies grow! 

Congratulations again, W family! I wish you so much happiness with your sweet little girl and I hope I’ll get to see her grow up. She is so loved and you are already incredible parents!
