If you’re looking for a great way to get in a festive mood during the holidays, definitely plan for a tree farm family lifestye and documentary session! When this sweet family reached out to me about holiday portraits this season, I was so excited. We began discussing what they wanted and finally decided on Greenway Tree Farm lifestyle family portraits. It was the perfect way to kick off their holiday season – and it was so special because it’s their son’s first Christmas!
Greenway Tree Farm Lifestyle Family Portraits
For our session, we met up at Greenway Tree Farm before it opened to the public. We spent time capturing updated family portraits for these three and lots of milestone photos of their son. He was so cute – and loved exploring the blanket and crate we set up for him. And watching him play with the trees and snuggle with his parents was even cuter!! There’s nothing like your baby’s first holidays!!
After we were done with their portraits, it was time for them to cut down a tree. I tagged along and enjoyed watching as they chose a tree. It was so sweet to capture everyone’s reactions to finding the perfect tree, especially knowing it’s their son’s FIRST Christmas tree! I hope that they always look back on this session fondly. What a beautiful idea and way to document that first Christmas for their baby boy!!
